Official Academic Transcript Request
Official Transcript Release Policy
- The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) requires that all transcript requests be authorized by the person to whom the record belongs, either in writing or by a secured electronic authorization.
- Official Transcripts can only be released once the minimum financial obligations to the University have been met.
- Due to production demands in the Registrar’s Office on both campuses, requests for official paper transcripts cannot be processed on demand. Students should plan a 3–5 business day turnaround time on any request. During the beginning and end of the term and graduation, the processing time will be increased to 5–7 business days.
